Creation of a center for arts and culture based on the theme of "Encounter and the Five Senses
The iichiko Culture Center Center provides opportunities for the appreciation of outstanding performing arts by utilizing the functions of one of Japan's leading halls to host high quality performances by artists from Japan and abroad. In addition, as the prefecture's center facility for arts and culture, the center will support the diverse arts and cultural activities of the prefecture's citizens and promote initiatives that utilize the creativity of arts and culture to address a variety of issues in education, industry, and welfare.
